Adapted version from the Edgar Allan Poe´s horror poem ´The Black Cat´. It can be used as a different way of managing The Halloween Week in class but, yeah, it is suitable only for upper graders of Primary and also Secondary. It has while reading and post reading activities of vocabulary, grammar, reading comprehension... You can work on adjectives (feelings, personality), adverbs (mode), past tenses, phrasal verbs, synonyms or whatever it comes up to your mind. If the kids you teach have not a good level, they will need your guided help.
