The theme of the worksheet is "Call Center complaints". 1: Students must identify the various electronic items. 2: Here they must read the different complaints and match it with an item in section 1. There is also a list of "companies" as well as blank complaint card. Here the students can choose any one of the items and create their own complaint. 3: Here the students should identify the items by their numbers and complete the complaint cards 4: They must complete the dialogue gap fill and then practice the dialogue with a partner. This lesson should make up 50 minutes.
