Set the atmosphere:switch off the light/ and tell the class you are going to tell them a story. Speak slowly and emphasise certain words. When you finish tell the class to write what happened. After the students finish, they read their compositions and the others vote if they liked the story. When all the students finish reading, give them the rest of the story. (The man let the girl stay in his house for the night and the next day she disappeared. The man looked in the bedroom but she hadnīt slept in the bed.The man called the police and them what had happened. The police were shocked and told the man that Sarah used to live in the house before him and that she had died in a car accident) I hope you and your students enjoy it you might have to change the vocabulary according to the level.
