British English vs American English
This is a lesson plan I made because my students were very curious about the differences between BE and AmE. My classes are very communicative and dynamic, so I thought of a dynamic way of teaching these differences, nut only by showing them the vocab which differs. It also contains some activities in which the student are supposed to move around t...

Adjective or adverb?
Hello everyone! Ive made 10 cards with holiday-related photos and sentences to practice the difference between adjectives and adverbs. Each card has 2 sentences on it and a word which the student needs to use; i.e. if the word is "happy" they need to use it as an adjective in one of the sentences and transform it into "happily" (adverb) for the ot...

Third Conditional with Little Red Riding Hood

conversation cards on holidays
Ive made these cards because every time we discuss holidays my students seem quite unimaginative, so I give them these cards (which I fold so that one sees the answer and the other sees the question) and they ask each other: "Where did you go?" etc. and the other student replies using the information from the side of the card which he/ she sees.

travelling dominoes
We had a lesson on travelling and I thought of spicing it up a little with unusual means of transport. I used these dominoes with future (both will and going to) and I had my students say if they were going to use the means of transport on the dominoe card and if not tell the group why and find a better alternative. They had fun, and so did I.

3rd conditional cards
These are some cards that contain a photo and a part of a type 3 conditional sentence. Students are supposed to provide the second part based on the photo they have, i.e. (photo of a phone ringing) If I had known she was sleeping... (I wouldnt have called her). They can be used as a speaking activity or a writing one. I hope you like the cards:D
