a little exercise to make the students think of the hints helping them to choose between present perfect or preterite simple. I use this little worksheet as a final explanation before a test and the students said it was much clearer for them so I´ve decided to share it.

Then, transform the end of the sentences (if "for" was used, rewrite the end with "since").
