I would like some help from British teachers, please!

In UK schools or universities, are canteen and lunch hall actually two different places, or just two words for the same thing? And which words are more common nowadays: headteacher or headmaster/headmistress, and pupil or student?

Penfriends

Hi,
I am a teacher in France and I am looking for penpals for my students. I would like to find one or two partners to exchange one or a few letters during the year.
My students are from 15 to 18 years old, depending on the classes.
If you are interested, get in touch!
Thanks!

"Seeing in sets" refers to how the human visual system processes collections of similar objects not by focusing on each individual item, but by representing the overall statistical properties of the entire collection, such as the average size or orientationFor example, when you look at a crowd of people, you quickly perceive the general characteristics of the group (like density or average height) rather than taking in every single individual face and body (used AI to get the meaning I hope it helps)
