When I try to download a worksheet, I get this message. I think that according to the system, I should be able to download 9 worksheets today, but I īm not. Why is this happening? Any idea?

You have to
make a contribution (send us a
printable) in order to get more points.
Every time your worksheets are downloaded by someone else, you get one point.

Hello,
You have more downloads than points, so I guess you had more points in the past, but one of your contributions was removed.
You won īt be able to download again until you have more points than downloads. For example, if you have 49 points and 45 downloads, you can download other 4 documents.
Additionally, when you reach 30 points again, you will have your 30 free downloads per day, to choose among the recent contributions. |
