Hi everyone, I need your help. As I see most of the members prepare very nice worksheets which include lots and lots of pictures.
 
Question 1: How can you manage both including this much of pictures and not exceeding the size limits? 

Question 2: Why and how these pictures seem to be in the same format. I mean , although the the members are different their worksheets have the same kind of pictures. Is there a special programme to prepare these worksheets?

Please help me!
