Articles Snap game
Cut the cards out. In groups of three students distribute the cards. Put two cards on the centre of the table, one is an article the other a noun. I tried this on my class and it worked well. Students do three activities on it.First they write the question, next they match the picture with the question, next they interact and ask the questions then they write a students name and finally they write the past tense.

This is a true story of Alek Wek. She is a famous supermodel who is an inspiration to all who read her story. Not only did she help to break the mould for modeling but she continues to speak out and support those struggling in her country. There are questions at the end of the story for students. Gerunds find someone who likes
This activity worked well in my class. Students make the questions using the gerunds available. They then match the picture with the question and finally they find a student that likes that activity. It gets them off their chair and also helps with group dynamics
