On The Phone - Fun ID-Cards
Set of 18 fantasy ID-Cards, including name, company, reason for calling, phone number and best time to get back to the person. Learners get one card each and then "call" each other, leaving a message.

Vocab - Classroom Language
I use this list of expressions with adult classes in Germany. Most of them are beginners and enjoy being able to use complete sentences early in a course. There is no translation given. You could either add them yourself or let your students have a guess. Normally, they are able to translate most of the sentences by guessing.
