Shopping Idioms and Expressions
Instead of giving the definitions, see if your students can work together to guess the meaning from context. When they are finished, check the answers as a class. Follow-up: Get students to create their own dialogue using the idioms, create discussion questions using the idioms or let them role-play the situations.
