This is a writing prompt that has the ss write about a story told by a series of pictures. In this case, it is the rescue of a little girl by a stranger. The ss have to act as news reporters and write from that perspective. I have them use the 5Ws to write the story. I hope you like it.

Little Red Riding Hood-Verb Tenses
This is like my Ugly Duckling ws but uses the story of Little Red Riding Hood. The Ss have to read the story and write the correct verb form on the blanks. There are also comprehension questions following the text. I hope it is useful for you.

At Christmas-Writing ws
This is a ws to help the Ss recognize the different parts of speech words connected with Christmas. There is a listing section and a composition section for the listed words. You can take out the background and use green paper as I did for my private Ss. I hope you find it useful. Merry Christmas!

This is a writing prompt I use to get the kids writing about what would happen if it snowed in their area. It is really great to see the kids talk about and create actions they have not done before eg. make a snowman, eat snowflakes etc. I hope you find it useful.
