Nahhh...You �re all wrong (referring to previous answers: http://www.eslprintables.com/forum/topic.asp?id=24836 and http://www.eslprintables.com/forum/topic.asp?id=24799 ...Tut-tut...Disapprove):
PERHENDINANCER is obviously a very bad attempt at a phonetic transcription of "Percent didn �t answer" by someone who clearly a) has no idea about phonetics and b) interprets the sound of the letter "c" as "h" (for some obscure reason)...

I know that because a fellow-student of mine at University made that silly mistake when we were asked to phonetically transcribe a couple of sentences, one of which was "Ninety percent didn �t answer". Her transcription was this: "Nainti perhendinancer."...I think you can guess how her exam paper was rated...Poor thing...
