In your worksheet you said that small adjectives ending in Y/W - drop Y/W and become IER... I can t think of one ending in W following this rule!!!! I don t think it is correct! In fact, I ve asked other teachers and they have the same opinion. Please revise this concept. I would also add that your worksheet should have more "long adjectives", otherwise students only work out "small adjectives".
