To Be Positive and Negative for Younger Learners
First students review the affirmative and negative forms of to be through a matching and coloring activity. Then they look at the pictures, color the correct answer and make simple sentences in the affirmative where applicable. The idea of coloring the answers used with kind permission from Gabitza. This is designed to be used after the powerpoint at http://www.eslprintables.com/powerpoint.asp?id=28958#thetop as it works on the same principle of guessing what a partly hidden picture is, though the format is different. Of course it can also be used independently. Some of the clipart are from Phillip Martin, others from net in general. Hope some of your younger ones will like it too and wishing you all a good week.
