This was part of my lesson dealing with travel. I complemented it with an Article from the The Sun, which is called ´SOS Travel´, its a travel guide but suitable for discussions and to learn vocabulary. Then after reading this article the students have to choose a situation and write a letter of complaint to a person responsible. After the writing there is a role-play based on the same principles of complaints. Students are encouraged to be creative and think of funny situations.
