WRITING PROCESS: DESCRIBING A PLACE
This a four-page worksheet which I made to help my students remember how to plan a composition. I tried to include most of the activities we do in class when working on writing. First of all we study the rubric since it is very important that students understand what they are asked to do. Then, once they´ve decided what they they are going to include, I ask them to complete a word map with all the vocabulary needed. After that, we normally focus on the layout and work with topic sentences, the importance of adjectives as well as connectors and so on. I hope you find it useful!!
