Song
This was the way I chose to start talking about women’s rights. Although this is an outstanding love song, when it was released Rolling Stone magazine characterised it as “almost biblically chauvinisticâ€. There are several different exercises: correcting the lyrics, five questions on the lyrics, finding synonyms/antonyms for the given words, three exercises related to idioms with the words man and woman and two exercises about ten women that made/have made a difference as far as women’s rights are concerned. I didn’t include the key because the file was already too big, but feel free to ask for it. Have a great week!
