Very basic sheet on am/is/are with simple feelings vocabulary. I am happy, He is sad, they are mad etc. First match the feeling, then match a verb to a feeling (Hungry -eat) and then a am/is/are gap fill. Again, very basic for beginners. page 1, long a words, p.2 long e, p.3 long o, p.4 mixed long vowels, incl. long u. I copy on heavy colored paper, cut up and let them play memory games, making them read each word out loud. personal pronoun sorting exercise with aliens
I was a bit shocked to find out my students don�t completely know their pers. pronouns. We are doing a unit on space so I tried to fit the atmosphere...They need to write the words from the list in the correct box. It goes well with the �Aliens� sheet I uploaded yesterday (on �to be�). I intend to give them both in the same lesson.... Hope you like...
