long vowels memory game to enforce sight reading, 4pages
page 1, long a words, p.2 long e, p.3 long o, p.4 mixed long vowels, incl. long u. I copy on heavy colored paper, cut up and let them play memory games, making them read each word out loud. page to see which basic adjectives they remember
Not the most amazing sheet but it does the job; students need to translate the (very basic) adjectives and then describe the two characters in simple sentences. i use it to check how much of the vocabulary they remember after the unit on adjectives.
