Hello!: a short dialogue with a puzzle and comprehesion in colour and greyscale.
I have rewritten my dialogue to give practice with present continuous in daily life. Students read the story, do the vocabulary puzzle and then they do the comprehension questions both orally and written. They can also use the worksheet for role play telephone conversations.

This upper case D has a different vocabulary set from the lower case letter. I will make some more over the next week or so. For some letters it will be difficult or even impossible to come up with new vocabulary. Maybe I need a brainwave for these ones. Clipit Cards 1-20 of 60
Print, laminate and cut out the cards. Scatter the cards and give each child a clothespin/peg. The child attaches it to one of the words and, if correct, keeps the cards. These can also be used in flash card games.
