Fortune Teller
This is the Social Studies version of kids´ "fortune teller" cootie. If needed, instructions on how to fold a cootie are readily available on google. Students will pick a number and open the fold to read their ´fortune´. Tip: the cootie will fold better if it´s a perfect square, so cut out the extra edges of paper around the main picture. T...

The Postcard ~ funny CLOZE
This is a story-joke that lends itself well for a cloze test. Students will laugh and giggle to no end to this one! If you can fake an Italian accent and hand gestures, it is even funnier!

Women´s history month
I used this visual in Social Studies class as a visual of the main people / facts that led to the 19th Amendment approving Women´s rights to vote. It gets the point across without having to read a boring history book about it!
