Idioms with food
This could be used to test the students´ knowledge of idiomatic expression with food or as a guessing game. I always make them give me a fresh example after they get one right. I may update this with a related bingo activity at a later date.

Negative Question Tags
Although an elementary aspect to grammar, I´ve found students with high levels struggling with this. This is a kind of cue-response exercise. It can be done vocally in class or assigned as homework. It can even be done as a speaking exercises only with the teacher saying the questions and the students converting them. Answers are provided.

How to Complain - activity worksheet
Another one for Aftab57: I have used this a fair bit and found it to be very helpful. Also, the students love it. There is a little bit of grammar at the beginning but it is all laid out so, no need to spend time writing on the board. I get the students to read the sentences out and then get them to give me other examples. There is then a dice game...
