uploading a worksheet ´error ´

Hi! I ´d like to know if anyone can help me!
I ´ve been trying to upload a worksheet which is 4, 59 MB with pictures and different activities but I can ´t. I read the FAQs and tried the ...“Image Tab” click “compress”.  Select “Apply to all images” and “for web or Screen” then click Accept.  But it doesn ´t work, still won ´t let me upload it. Then When I click on the link
http://www.eslprintables.com/ and enter “Tutorial”. I can ´t find the "tutorial link .....I also tried spliting the worksheet into different documents but it won ´t let me upload even one page separately!
What can I do? thank you!
Pd: Happy mother ´s day!

You will need to download one or more of the tutorials provided by members:

I highly recommed Logos & HelenMcK ´s tutorials on graphics related stuff. If you don ´t have the points to spare also do a search in the forum (bottom of the home page) & you will get some useful tips & maybe a few links too.

If you ´re still having trouble feel free to PM me & I will see if I can help - but I am very busy with school stuff so may not be able to help very quickly.
