PET Speaking Part I
This is a simple worksheet to introduce and practice Part 1 of the speaking exam for PET (B1). The first page is a handout and the second page is a set of connectors, which you should cut out and give to each pair of students. One student acts as an examiner and asks their partner a question, and uses the cards as a prompt for the student to continue. For example, the students is asked what his or her favourite food is, and s/he replies "Chicken." The "examiner" then shows him/her the card "but" and the student must continue: "Chicken, but I don´t eat it at home." I hope it´s useful!
