I love cats and I love eslprintables. If I had to choose between cats and eslprintables, I would choose cats. If I had to choose between cakes and cats, I´d choose cats. If I had to choose between cats and life... Well, if I didn´t have life, I wouldn´t have cats. But hey, nobody´s asking me to choose;-)

Scary picture!
They do the straightforward True or false activity, then.... either get them to use the prompt box and write sentences themselves, or, using the exercise on page 2, provide ´there is´ or ´there are´. This picture was printed in a national newspaper, with no copyright mark, so it should be OK for us to use in an educational sense.

Dumb Brits!
These are real exchanges, taken from the net - people giving silly answers to seemingly straightforward quiz questions. The students read the excerpts, have a laugh (hopefully!) then answer the questions. (I have included the right answers to the questions!) Edit: and I´ve got one wrong!:-))) Mt Etna is in Italy, as Sicily isn´t a country.

Christmas Activities
There are some great cliparts on here! I have set the activities/questions to fly in. You might want to just show the images first and get the pupils to describe them. Or play ´Splat!´ Two pupils come to the board. Teacher describes an image. The pupil to touch it first is the winner.
