This collection of cards will eventually evolve into a game, but in the meantime use them by seeing which student can give the longest possible answer, the most creative answer or the most answers for one question. Colours and Colors: 2 different versions, plus key.
Colour the grid, complete the crossword, colour the pictures and ask the question. These 2 worksheets use a multi-dimensional approach to the concept of colours. Have the children color the pictures and keys accordingly in the second puzzle.

Clipit Cards 21-40 of 60
Print, laminate and cut out the cards. Scatter the cards and give each child a clothespin/peg. The child attaches it to one of the words and, if correct, keeps the cards. These can also be used in flash card games.

Family Flash Cards: 49-56 of 72
Although these are primarily designed as family flash cards they can be used in many other areas such as, as previously mentioned, in combination with verb cards. "What�s your sister doing?" For physical descriptions, "What does your grandfather look like?" and for fashion, "What�s your friend wearing?"

Mini Book 10: Brazil in colour and greyscale
I have rewritten this 2005 story to make a suitable for a mini book. This story uses only single letter sounds apart from the word �the�, so early readers and dyslexics should have little difficulty in reading it.
