Spot the Differences
A great picture! Key included. First, I ask them to circle the differences, before doing the exercises. Finally, I leave them with just the pictures and ask them to write out the differences in full sentences. Any complete beginners can list 15 words to do with the pictures.

RC She sells sea shells by the sea shore
Well, this is a famous tongue twister! I have expanded it a bit into a little story. They put the verbs into the present simple tense. If they succeed in saying: she sells sea shells by the sea shore: three times quickly, try them on this one, which nobody can do! It is impossible and it is just a name! PEGGY BABCOCK.
