Letter to Katiana and related parties

Dear Colleagues;
As we have already communicated with Katiana we are sorry for the confusion and sorrow occured by the publication of our latest trial book "Learn English".We already started to change the mentioned pages as we are highly qualified and experienced to make even better ones which we will be sharing with you all here soon.
But in the meanwhile we would like to draw your attention to the very fact that by the very nature of this website everybody is sending their worksheets to be downloaded by the other members without the mentioning of one single note related to the copyright protection.(Such a statement had been added to the signing up process jsut very recently and we already have the written copies of all these pages.In the event there had been such a note at the time we made our registration we would certainly not even be downloading any page and use it in our products).This website is surely is an exchange website to which we also sent worksheets that were already downloaded by other members which we did not and still have any control on.
We at the same time would like to let all the related parties know that this unfortunate development caused unporpusefully and unwillingly is being taken advantage of by some of our competitors in the market.It should never be forgotten that "AFS YAYINCILIK" is a company in the market for about 25 years with a very high standing based on its full reliability and honesty.Therefore we will not be taking for granted whatever baseless words.accusations had been used against us.Again these statements are to let all the related parties know that we have already instructed our lawyers to examine all the correspondence here and take corresponding actions.All these baseless accusations targeting us even without checking with us the details of the case will be met at the related law courts.And we are ready and prepared to see any or all related parties to take us to any court at their own will.
Blaming anyone without even checking or asking him/her about the details of the case is neither professional nor human and the balance of such an outrageous and baseless accusations will be settled at the related courts.

Actually in the rules when you REGISTER it clearly says
The printables included in this website can be downloaded for
personal use only. You are not allowed to use them for commercial
purposes, nor to publish them by any means.
This has been in the registration part for a while now. Only the copyright notices are new.
So NO I personally do NOT accept this rubbish that you have written. Taking someone else�s work and passing it off as your own is deplorable.
As someone who supposedly is in education you would know this.

You published other people �s works and are making MONEY out of it! I think, being as serious a company as you claim you are, you should have carefully read this: (which you should have read when you registered).
- The printables included in this website can be downloaded for
personal use only. You are not allowed to use them for commercial
purposes, nor to publish them by any means.
- You can only send printables created by yourself. You will never
send printables taken from other websites or publications. You
will never send printables whose origin you don �t know (worksheets
borrowed from other teachers, for example). If we find stolen printables
we will delete the account of the user who sent them.
BTW, several worksheets were reported as stolen from other sites and members from your fake accounts!

You are right.The above mentioned statement has just been added to the signing up process We already have the copies of the previous wording which will be constituting the basis of our defence at the lawcourts.Please feel free to check it with the website administrator.If such a statement had been there there would never be such a case.
