Picture-based discussion: should the burka be banned in public places?
My students have to reflect on each picture - what point is each making? - make notes and then I give them a card with �for� or �against.� They have to give a presentation putting forward that point of view. Lively topic! By the way, it can be spelt �burka� or �burqa�.

These are real exchanges, taken from the net - people giving silly answers to seemingly straightforward quiz questions.
